Sell the earliest non-expired batches first. Expired batches are blocked.
Quick Add
If an item is missing in catalog, add minimal details locally and mark Pending verification.
Offline-first
Work without internet. Actions are queued for sync when online (target window e.g., 5 days).
Withdrawals
Expired stock can be withdrawn immediately; record outcomes (replace/refund/reject) for loss tracking.
